Soul Performance

Redefining recovery, performance, and well-being for athletes, through advanced therapeutic care and tailored holistic practices.

Soul Performance is a community for high performers – those who excel in demanding environments but often face immense mental and emotional pressure. With guided sound meditations, breathwork and soulful discussions, I hope to lead you on a journey of self-discovery, courage and inner peace.

Breathwork and Meditation for High Performers.

I have curated a collection of guided sound meditations and breathwork that goes beyond ‘clinical high performance’. These practices have been formed from my years of experience working with elite athletes, to personalised breathwork and meditation programs curated to specific athletes needs.

“I have always struggled with anxiety and overthinking about both footy and general life. Roz's mediations help me to relax and stay in the present moment, which helps me save my energy for my performances and assists in enjoying a better quality of life.”

Melbourne Storm Player, National Rugby League.

Soul Performance is your sanctuary for mental and spiritual growth in the demanding world of high achievement. Drawing from her experience as an international athlete and working with professional athletes for over 15 years, Roz Richards guides high performers through transformative sound meditation and breathwork practices. This unique space combines Roz's deep understanding of physical excellence with powerful mindfulness techniques, creating a community for individuals striving to push their limits while maintaining inner peace.

Through guided meditation, breathwork, and soulful discussions, Soul Performance offers you a journey of self-discovery and mental resilience – essential tools for those who excel under pressure but seek deeper connection and balance in their pursuit of excellence.

After more than a decade of working with professional and amateur athletes, I have seen a pattern repeat itself:

  • Many athletes identify as being their sporting title: “I am a footballer.” leaving them feeling lost, fearful and unworthy once their career comes to an end. (You are more than your successes.)

  • Many are physically strong but struggle with self-belief.

  • Doubts creep in, with thoughts like “I’m not enough.”

  • This self-doubt leads to stress, feeding into anxiety, and a loss of performance.
